Well asides from the two basic travel insurance packages being offered this one is optional. Anybody who travels knows the inconvenience of having a bag going to Tokyo instead of with you in Washington. Travel agencies offer them as additional amenities but they are not quite worth their weight in value so get them only if they are offered bundled with the first two.
